Cup size - next, you will need to measure the cup size. To do that, you must stand straight and measure around your body at the fullest part of your bust. Again, you need to keep the tape measure parallel with the floor and ensure that the tape is just touching but not binding. Round up the measurement to the nearest inch and now you need to subtract your band size measurement from the second measurement. You will get your cup size. So, if your band size is 36 inches and your second measurement is 39 inches after subtracting, you will get 3 inches which is a C cup.

This is the mistake most people make when choosing bras as they go for too small a cup size and too large a band size. Which will not support you properly nor will it make you look your best. If you have larger breasts and your always wearing the wrong size then this can lead to medical issues as you age so its definitely worth taking the time to measure yourself correctly. In the UK the most common size is a 36C, but this (and you) change over time so try and measure yourself once a year to ensure your always wearing the right bra size.
